For orders placed before 3 pm, we offer same-day delivery in Dubai. If you place an order after 3 pm, it will be delivered the next business day.

How long does it take to deliver to other Emirates?

For orders placed before 12 pm, we offer same-day delivery.

Remote areas: we aim to deliver orders to remote areas within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your item. We will assist you with the return process and provide a refund or exchange as per our refund policy. Note: we do not offer refund or exchange on earrings as per our policy.

Do you offer international shipping?
