What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your item. We will assist you with the return process and provide a refund or exchange as per our refund policy. Note: we do not offer refund or exchange on earrings as per our policy.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, it's best to reach out to our customer support immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not been shipped yet.
Delivery & Shipping
What is the delivery time for orders in Dubai?
For orders placed before 3 pm, we offer same-day delivery in Dubai. If you place an order after 3 pm, it will be delivered the next business day.
How long does it take to deliver to other Emirates?
For orders placed before 12 pm, we offer same-day delivery.
Remote areas: we aim to deliver orders to remote areas within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping can be arranged upon request. Please reach out to us via DMs or at support@mariamariajewellery.com to request international shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the final destination.
Gifting
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards and they arrive immediately via email. You can print it out or forward it to the recipient. Our gift cards can be used towards any product without every expiring.
Can I add a greeting card to my order?
Of course! You can select a card in the greeting card section and add it to your cart.
Promotions & Sales
Can I return or exchange my pieces during the promotion?
Of course! At maria.maria. we offer a no questions asked return policy. You are allowed to exchange or return your pieces 15 days from delivery. Just make sure that the items are returned unworn and in the original
packaging.
